We invite the young visitors of Forum Sports Club to try out our new entertaining workout – a fun JUNIOR Fit sports class designed for children between the ages of 4 and 7. This all-round workout aims at strengthening muscles of the whole body and teaching children correct posture and breathing. Exercises chosen specifically for this purpose and performed with the guidance of a professional coach help to prevent foot deformations and spine problems that arise due to incorrect posture, as well as other health issues. We have fun during the class – exercises turn into games, children learn to enjoy the physical activity and not only develop their agility and strength but also spend a great time together. The purpose of this interesting and fun workout is to introduce children to healthy lifestyle and encourage healthy habits from an early age.
