Qualifications and Major Achievements:

Jaroslavas has completed a self-defense instructors’ course, has participated in various workshops organized by the Lithuanian Association of Aerobics Instructors (LATA): resistance training, Pilates etc., in international fitness conventions organized by World Class, Nike aerobics conventions, workshops of Aeromix fitness school, seminars and trainings for yoga instructors etc. He has been practicing Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha yoga for 11 years.
